She said that Elizabeth II was communicating with her through Sandy and Muick.
“I have her dogs, I have her corgis,” the duchess said.

The duchess also revealed the late Queen’s “final gift” before she died on September 8, 2022.
”She gave me the permission to be myself,” the duchess said.
“That was her final gift to me. [She said] ‘Sarah, just be yourself’. She gave me the right to stand on stage and give.”
The duchess urged others to spread kindness, which has been a key message of hers for many years now.
“Kindness starts with the little things,” she said. “It’s remembering someone’s name, truly listening, seeing people.
“You never know what someone has been through. Kindness is our greatest gift.”

While in Sydney, the duchess sat down with 9honey for an exclusive interview where she spoke about being a mother, grandmother and her friendship with the late Diana, Princess of Wales.
“The thing about Diana was that she had the best sense of humour of any single person I know – that’s quite a big thing, so it’s a really big hole because she’d get my sense of humour,” the duchess said.
