Holly Kingston sobs after Jimmy Nicholson gives their son a horrible haircut: video

Holly Kingston just learned a very difficult lesson, and it’s a lesson that every parent who has tried to cut their own children’s hair has experienced.

Instead of taking their toddler Lenny to the hairdresser, former Bachelor star Jimmy Nicholson decided to get his hair cut himself, and well, the results speak for themselves.

“I have never been so angry with my husband in my life,” she said, barely holding back tears in a video shared on social media.

Jimmy then continued chopping Lenny’s hair, neatening the fringe – although it’s more of a very short bowl cut across the front.

Both parents tried to hold back laughter or sobs as he continued to snap away.

“That wasn’t my intention,” Jimmy said, stepping back to look at his handiwork.

Holly hugged Lenny and let out a sob.

They both burst out laughing as the reality of it all became apparent and they were clearly having a hard time dealing with it.

“Today I learned a hard lesson. Let your husband mow lawns and lawns alone,” she captioned the video.

Her post was flooded with comments, with many friends and followers seeing the lighter side of things.

“I actually thought this was AI. Dead,” said Renee Bargh.

Married at first sight‘s Cam Merchant replied: “Excellent behavior.”

“I’ve seen worse haircuts on Jimmy,” another friend added.

And it appears to have been a warning to other parents who are also considering an at-home haircut.

“Hahhhaahahahaha this is the best 😂😂😂 You convinced me to leave my sons alone!! The $30 haircut Now it seems very worthwhile,” said one mother.

The pilot took his own course Instagram stories to share a follow-up post with the caption, “People will say I did this on purpose.”

“Do you think I would make my son look like that on purpose?” he asked the camera.

“Obviously, a hairdressing job is quite tough. I didn’t think I was taking off that much, but he literally looks like that guy from Dumb and Dumber.

Jimmy admitted that Holly’s reaction was worse than she filmed, confirming that she had “cracked it”, but said there was an upside and pushed Lenny’s hair aside.

“At least you can do that,” he said, trying to make it look better.
