Laura Henshaw is pregnant!

The fitness, health and wellness influencer and Keep It Cleaner co-founder shared the happy news in an Instagram post on Thursday, revealing that she’s expecting her first child with husband Dalton Henshaw.

Laura, who is the best friend and business partner of Steph Claire Smith, announced the news with a short black and white video of herself getting an ultrasound.

In the short video, Laura can’t wipe the smile off her face as a clip of their baby plays on screen.

She captioned her post with a red love heart and was flooded with congratulatory comments underneath.

The image post alone got more than 73,000 likes.

“I am just SO friggen happy for you both [crying emoji],” Steph Claire Smith commented underneath the post.

“Congratulations guys,” Brittany Hockley added.

Underneath, one follower said Laura “must have changed her mind” on having kids.

Laura replied, writing: “Last May I went on a journey to decide if I wanted to have kids or not as I didn’t know. I decided I did want children and so did my husband. <3.”

Laura and husband Dalton have been married since 2021. He took her surname after they got married.

The fitness entrepreneur has been open in the past about deciding if she wants to have children or not.

In a candid piece for Marie Claire penned in late 2023, titled Laura Henshaw: Why I’m Afraid To Have A Baby, Laura admitted: ”I do hope to have children, I just don’t know when, or if it’s even possible.”

“I’m worried that by having children, I’m sacrificing the ability to prioritise myself during the very little free time I currently have…

“If I were to really dig deep right now and ask myself why I am not ready, I think the answer would be a combination of the worries I’ve just shared, and the thought of losing control of my routine, and ultimately, myself.”
