Kmart finds: The $19 Kmart buy shoppers are praising for its ‘cute’ design and bargain price

An essential furniture item for both living rooms and bedrooms, side tables provide both style and function to a space.

Finding one that looks good and doesn’t hurt your budget can be tricky but shoppers have singled out one particular Kmart buy for ticking both those boxes.

The $19 Lyn side table is proving popular for its stylish design, affordable price and sturdy quality.

Shopper Hazel shared her love for the product in a TikTok video showing the side table in her living room.

“Girls $19 for a side table in Kmart has to be one of the best bargains I have come across!” she captioned the clip, urging other customers to “run to Kmart” for it.

The product was a hit with people who watched the video.

“Yes!! We have them as our bedside tables,” a woman said.

“This is SO cute,” a customer wrote.

“I have this too! It’s so sturdy too!!,” a Kmart fan commented.

“What a steal!!!” another said.

When Kmart reposted Hazel’s video on its own TikTok account there was more love for the product with one person revealing, “I have 3 of these they are great”.

In further proof the product is a hit with shoppers, the Lyn side table has a 4.9 star rating on the Kmart website.

Those who reviewed the product echoed the sentiments of other customers describing it as “great quality” and “great value”.

“Love the chic look and easy installation. Delivery was fast and looks perfect in my lounge room,” a woman wrote.

“Great value. Sturdy,” one said giving it five stars.

“It’s very cute and east to assemble. If you’re saving space then this one is perfect. Thinking of buying again,” a shopper said.

“Easy to assemble, looks lovely and the value is amazing,” another wrote in their review.

The Lyn side table is made from particle board, medium density fibreboard (MDF) and paper and measures 48cm high with a diameter of 40cm.

The timber colour of the product means it can fit in with almost any home style and while the design is neutral, there is some subtle textured detailing on the legs of the table which elevates the look.

Other products in the Lyn range include the $69 chest of drawers and a $39 one drawer bedside table.

If you prefer a more open look to your side table with more storage and black detailing, the Blake round side table is also $19.

This side table features timber coloured round table top and a round shelf closer to the ground with black legs.

It also has a 4.9 star rating on the Kmart website and similar praise with shoppers saying, “Good quality for price” and “Cute and versatile little table”.
