Man with weapon arrested near home of former prince Andrew in England

A man has been arrested for possessing an offensive weapon near the home of the former Prince Andrew, British police say.

Norfolk police said the arrest happened Wednesday after a man was reported "behave in an intimidating manner" near Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s home.
