Meghan Markle lifestyle brand: Duchess of Sussex shares first look at As Ever products, including tea, preserves and flower sprinkles

Published on

Hot on the heels of the release of her new series With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex has revealed the first nine products in her As Ever product range.

Jam, or should we say ‘spread’, has made an appearance alongside honey, herbal teas and packets of crepe and cookie mixes.

There is even a jar of flower sprinkles – something you might not have heard of unless you watched her new eight-part series, which launched on Netflix on March 4.

You will even be able to purchase a jar of raspberry spread in ‘keepsake packaging’ when the range becomes available sometime during the US spring (our autumn).

According to the new website, As Ever is “more than a brand – it’s a love language.”

“Created by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, As Ever welcomes you to a collection of products, each inspired by her long-lasting love of cooking, entertaining and hostessing with ease,” it explains.

“This curated collection has been crafted to elevate your every day and inspire moments of joy.”

The website includes a photo and brief description of each product but no prices are displayed. Nor is there an exact release date.

Instead the website states the range will be “available Spring 2025.”

Meghan took to her new Instagram account last month with a video message to announce that the American Riviera Orchard brand she first touted in 2024 had been renamed As Ever.

She said she chose ‘As Ever’ because it meant “as it’s always been,” and noted she previously used the phrase to sign off posts on her The Tig website.

Eagle-eyed royal watchers also noticed she had been using the phrase since launching her new Instagram page.

In the video message, she revealed Netflix had signed on as a partner in her new business venture.

Overnight, Netflix rushed to publicise the brand’s first collection of products, which it said would be available for sale in all 50 US states.

“Meghan, Duchess of Sussex is partnering with Netflix to launch her new lifestyle brand, As ever,” Netflix said.

“Dedicated to curating beautifully crafted essentials for the home, the line brings Meghan’s signature design aesthetic – as seen in her series With Love, Meghan – to life.

“As Ever will offer a bit of everything, be it for at-home chefs, budding hosts, or those simply looking to add sparks of joy to the everyday.”

Netflix said the “inaugural collection” showcased products Meghan “personally developed over the past year” while drawing on her years of home cooking and entertaining.

“Each piece is thoughtfully and intentionally chosen, and As Ever will introduce new items seasonally.”

The full range includes Raspberry Spread in Keepsake Packaging; Raspberry Spread; Herbal Lemon Ginger Tea; Herbal Peppermint Tea; Herbal Hibiscus Tea; Flower Sprinkles; Crepe Mix; Shortbread Cookie Mix with Flower Sprinkles; and Limited Edition Wildflower Honey with Honeycomb.

Those who had already subscribed to As Ever received a welcome message yesterday.

“I am so happy to have you join me on this adventure,” the email said.

“Some of you will remember receiving newsletters similar to this one back in 2014, when I founded The Tig,” she wrote in reference to the lifestyle blog she operated from 2014 to 2017.

“Though much has changed since then, so much has stayed the same.

“I still dance in my kitchen, experiment with recipes, get my hands dirty in the garden, laugh with friends over too many glasses of wine, and pivot from going out in a date-night worthy dress to being cosy at home in sweats and a baseball cap.

“And on that note – it’s not lost on me that I’ve worn a lot of hats in my life (pun intended) but as with the ethos of this brand name, I know that in so many ways, I, like all of us, remain ‘as we’ve always been’.”

Meghan has embarked on a media blitz in recent days. She was featured in an article in People and an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show overnight.
