On Sunday and Monday, a high wind warning was issued for four counties in New Jersey.

On Saturday at 2:17 p.m., the National Weather Service issued a high wind warning, valid from Sunday 10 a.m. until Monday 6 p.m., for Monmouth, Cape May, Atlantic and Ocean counties.
The weather service added that west winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts of up to 60 mph were expected.
The weather service has issued a warning about the potential for damaging winds, which could result in the toppling of trees and power lines, leading to widespread power outages. These conditions are likely to make travelling difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles. The advice from the weather service is to remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm and to avoid windows. People are also advised to watch out for falling debris and tree limbs, and to use caution if they must drive.
