She said, “that’s partly because of this interview over the weekend, which has actually backfired spectacularly on Prince Harry.”

Arbiter remarked people are “starting to lose patience and certainly lose interest” in Harry’s legal battles.

Additionally, she raised the recent discovery that Meghan has been using her HRH title in private, as revealed in a recent podcast appearance.

While appearing on her friend, IT Cosmetics founder Jamie Kern Lima’s podcast, it was revealed that Meghan had used the HRH prefix on a monogrammed note sent to Lima.

This goes against an agreement Harry and Meghan made with the late Queen Elizabeth II that the wouldn’t use their royal prefixes after their exit from the royal family in 2020.

“So I think people have sort of reached breaking point when it comes to the Sussexes’ ‘woe is me’ narrative,” Arbiter said.

In his BBC chat, Harry claimed his father “won’t speak” to him over the “security stuff”.

Despite the Duke of Sussex saying he wants to reconcile with his family, Arbiter admitted, “at this point, I just don’t see how it could happen”.

“Any time they have spoken to Harry, that conversation has ended up on a US news program with a friendly journalist,” she explained.

“I just don’t think they can trust him.

“And until they can trust him, there is no path forward.”

Arbiter also noted there’s no path to reconciliation until Harry and Meghan are “prepared to take accountability for their own actions”.

“I think there’s a lot of people that could apologise, but apologies work both ways.”
