Queensland MP Jimmy Sullivan found dead

Independent Queensland MP Jimmy Sullivan has been found dead in Brisbane.

Police said they were called to an address in Stafford at around 10.15pm yesterday where the body of a man was found.

They said the death was not being treated as suspicious.

A report is being prepared for the coroner
