Renée Bargh announces her engagement to partner Andrew Lange weeks after welcoming second child

Renée Bargh is engaged!

The Today Entertainment Reporter, 38, announced the joyous news on Instagram on Friday, revealing that her new fiancé Andrew Lange popped the question during a romantic beachside proposal.

“I couldn’t be more excited to do forever with you baby,” Bargh said in her post, after he proposed with their two children by their side.

“When I first met @_langes_ he told me of the Japanese phrase ‘Koi No Yokan’ the premonition of love, the feeling upon meeting someone that you will eventually fall in love with them,” she wrote.

“From the moment we met, we knew.”

“A few years and two babies later I couldn’t be more excited to do forever with you baby.

“I love this life we’ve created and our little family so much ❤️,” she finished.

In the stunning images, Lange is seen down on one knee as Bargh covers her face in shock.

The pair also share a kiss as she shows off her eye-catching diamond ring, a diamond with an east-west design in a solid gold setting.

“Nee!!!! CONGRATS!!! The ring is absolutely STUNNING – how unbelievable,” actress Teresa Palmer commented underneath.

Bargh’s good friend Delta Goodrem added a series of love heart, crying and eternity emojis and wrote: “So happy! Xxxx.”

Just last month, on February 13, Bargh announced they had welcomed their second child together, a daughter named Soléil James.

“Soléil James Lange. Our beautiful sunshine girl joined us earthside a week early in the most magical birth. Born peacefully at home in the water, surrounded by love,” Bargh said in her announcement post.

She added that her and her family were in “pure bliss” with their new addition.

Bargh and her fiancé also share son Tide. 

She previously told 9honey Celebrity about motherhood: “It is the best and everything I hoped and dreamed and it’s also nothing you can prepare for.”

“It’s all-encompassing and beautiful and brutal at the same time,” Bargh says about motherhood.

She added: “I couldn’t wait to be a mum, I feel like journalism and being a TV host was great, but it was never the pinnacle for me. It’s my favourite role and it brings me so much joy and fulfilment.”
