The link between Prince Harry and Brooklyn Peltz Beckham amid family feud rumours is the unwavering support they have for their wives Meghan Mark

They are two families the world (or at the very least, the media) can’t get enough of right now: the Windsors and the Beckhams.

More specifically, it’s the alleged feuds engulfing both families that has everyone talking, with nearly every day bringing a fresh insight into the ins and outs of what happened and who has done what.

Many similarities have been made about the two men at the centre of both conflicts, Prince Harry and Brooklyn Beckham, and while there are many differences too, the one thing no one can deny is the unwavering support they have for their wives.

And sometimes it verges on the point of being sickening.

In a new interview with Glamour in the ‘Love Rules’ themed-issue, Brooklyn described the moment he was “instantly drawn” to his now wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, when he first saw her at Coachella in 2017.

“It was her warmth and energy that stuck with me. Even though it was a blink-and-you-miss-it moment, I never forgot it,” Brooklyn said.

Of his decision to propose at just 21 years old (Nicola was 25), Brooklyn said, “You should marry your best friend. Someone who feels like home. For me, that’s Nicola”.

Prince Harry was equally full of praise for his now-wife when he introduced Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, to the world’s media during their engagement interview in November, 2017.

Harry admitted he’d “never heard of Meghan before” meeting her about a year earlier, and was ”beautifully surprised” when he finally did on a blind date set up by a mutual friend.

Harry told the BBC, “I walked into that room and saw her. There she was sitting there, I was like, ‘OK, well, I’m really gonna have to up my game!'”

During the promotional tour for his memoir Spare in 2023, Prince Harry went much further in his praise for Meghan, telling one interviewee: “My wife saved me, I was stuck in this world and she was from a different world and helped draw me out of that”.

“My partner is an exceptional human being and I am eternally grateful [for her].”

In Spare, Harry’s love for his wife is one of the main themes (along with his trauma over princess Diana’s death and feeling like second fiddle to Prince William).

Among many of the things he wrote about Meghan in the book was this gushing comment: “For thirty-two years I’d watched a conveyor belt of faces pass by and only a handful ever made me look twice.

“This woman stopped the conveyor belt. I’d never seen anyone so beautiful.”

Prince Harry and Brooklyn have both been hit with the unflattering nickname “the hostage” in recent times, apparently in reference to the strong hold Meghan and Nicola have over their husbands.

The women, who are both American, have also been blamed for having key roles in both feuds, each accused of having taken their husbands away from their families.

When Brooklyn was absent from his father’s recent 50th birthday celebrations (which were spread over multiple events in London), many blamed the alleged feud.

As David and Victoria’s other children posted happy birthday messages on social media, Brooklyn was noticeably quiet.

Last week he returned to Instagram with a video of him riding a motorcycle with Nicola and the caption, “My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you’re the most amazing person I know xx me and you forever baby”, with two red love heart emojis.

While Prince Harry does not have social media, he was featured in a loved-up post by Meghan on May 18, marking seven years since their royal wedding.

The pin board-style photo collage featured family memories and photos separated into the years from 2016 until now.

Next to an image dated 2025, showing Harry and Meghan hugging in front of a large palm tree were the hand-written words “love wins”.

The photos were posted to social media along with a message of thanks from Meghan to those “who have loved and supported us throughout our love story”.

The wedding anniversary post came just two weeks after Prince Harry told the BBC it “would be nice to reconcile” with his family.

But he’s refusing to bring Meghan or their two children back to Britain over fears for their safety after losing a long-running court battle with the UK government over security.

And in another move that’s drawing comparisons between Prince Harry and Brooklyn, the eldest Beckham has now hired British lawyer Jenny Afia to help with “reputation management” to protect his wife, according to reports.

Afia, who works for Schillings, has previously represented Prince Harry and Meghan in various cases.

The two couples were said to have found “common ground” over the situation between the feuding families.

The source told The Telegraph UK Brooklyn and Nicola had “found Harry and Meghan to be particularly kind, caring and generous” at the dinner.

It seems like the two couples had much to bond over.
