Just one warning before we share what it is: trust the process.
Now, sure, it’s a little silly. And when we say candid, there’s actually some work to it.
But for a few seconds of looking a bit goofy to onlookers, the results might be worth it.
Rather than just standing still or walking and fake laughing next to your friends, people on TikTok have claimed galloping is the secret to capturing the “perfect” candid snap.
“Apparently if you walk like this you get the perfect candid photos,” one TikToker captioned a video of them trying out the trend.
To get the final photo, just take a video and then screenshot the footage.

“As mental as you feel doing this it really works!” someone else said.
