Outlaw motorcycle gang member accused of posing as ADF soldier

The 41-year-old man, who belonged to the Hells Angels group, was arrested on Tuesday in Peelwood, about 300 kilometers west of Sydney.

Detectives learned he allegedly identified himself as a former member of the Australian Defense Force.

Police investigations revealed that the man had no military service in any branch of the armed forces.

He is accused of falsely representing himself as a returned soldier, sailor or airman.

He was granted conditional bail and will appear in court in Goulburn today.

The investigation continues under NSW Police Strike Force Benson.
